Email sales@qualitypoolbuilderz.com with the subject Data Deletion Request - QPB CMP Messenger.
1. Tell us how to locate your information
In your request, provide enough information for us to identify the records you want deleted. Please include:
- your full name;
- the email address or phone number you used when contacting QPB, if applicable;
- your Facebook/Messenger display name if the request relates to Messenger;
- an approximate date or date range of your inquiry or conversation; and
- a short description of the information you want removed.
Do not send passwords, Facebook access tokens, one-time codes, or other account credentials.
2. Identity verification
To protect customers from unauthorized deletion requests, QPB may ask for reasonable verification that the requester is the person connected to the relevant records. We will request only the minimum information necessary for verification.
3. What happens after a valid request
After verification, QPB will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer reasonably required for customer service, project administration, legal, accounting, warranty, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where we are required or reasonably entitled to retain certain records, we will limit their use to the applicable retention purpose.
4. Facebook / Messenger app access
If you also want to remove the QPB CMP Messenger application's access from your Facebook account, you can review your Facebook account's app and website permissions and remove the application if it appears there. Removing app access from Facebook does not automatically erase business records that QPB is legally or operationally required to retain, so you should still send a deletion request to QPB if you want us to review and delete eligible QPB-held data.
5. Scope of deletion
This deletion process applies to personal data controlled by Quality Pool Builderz in QPB systems. It does not delete data independently controlled by Meta/Facebook, telecommunications providers, payment providers, or other third parties. Requests concerning data held directly by those services should be made to the relevant provider.
