Quality Pool Builderz ("QPB", "we", "us", or "our") provides swimming pool design, construction, renovation, equipment, maintenance, and related services in the Philippines. This Privacy Policy applies to the public QPB website, customer-facing website chat and inquiry forms, and customer communications processed through the QPB Construction Management Platform ("QPB CMP"), including the QPB Facebook Messenger integration.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you contact or work with us, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, project location, service requirements, project details, budget or schedule information, uploaded files, and the content of your inquiries or conversations.
When you contact the Quality Pool Builderz Facebook Page through Messenger, Meta may provide QPB CMP with information needed to manage that conversation, such as your Messenger display name, a Page-scoped user identifier, profile photo when Meta makes it available, message content, attachments, timestamps, and message delivery or read events.
Our website and hosting systems may also process basic technical and security information, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, and server logs, as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect our services.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only for legitimate QPB business and customer-service purposes, including to:
- respond to inquiries and customer messages;
- prepare estimates, proposals, project records, schedules, and service follow-ups;
- assign conversations or requests to authorized QPB personnel;
- maintain a useful customer-service and project communication history;
- operate, secure, audit, troubleshoot, and improve QPB systems; and

4. Facebook and Meta data
The QPB CMP Messenger integration is used to receive and reply to customer conversations directed to the Quality Pool Builderz Facebook Page. Information received from Meta is used for QPB customer support, sales inquiry handling, project communication, and related business records. We do not use Messenger data to create unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not sell Messenger conversation data.
Your use of Facebook and Messenger is also subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices. Meta controls the information it collects through its products and the data it makes available to connected applications.
5. When information may be shared
Access to customer information is limited to authorized QPB personnel who need it for their work. We may also use service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, security, or other technical operations. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are expected to handle it under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, government authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, QPB, our personnel, or the security of our systems.

No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we continuously review practical safeguards appropriate to our operations.

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, you may ask QPB to provide information about personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information that is no longer required. You may also stop communicating with us through Messenger or other channels at any time.

Where this occurs, QPB uses the services for legitimate operational purposes and seeks to work with providers that maintain appropriate security and data-protection practices.
